Job Description
We are a U.S.-based life insurance agency in North Carolina, specializing in Final Expense Life Insurance. We are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant who can generate their own leads and set qualified appointments for our licensed agents.
All appointments must be generated in North Carolina (USA only) and scheduled through Calendly for easy tracking and follow-up.
This role is best suited for someone with proven insurance lead generation experience (final expense preferred), who can deliver consistent and qualified leads.
Responsibilities
-Generate North Carolina–based final expense life insurance leads through outbound calling, online ads, or other proven methods.
-Use a short script to qualify and confirm interest.
-Schedule appointments directly into Calendly for our agents.
-Send reminders and follow up with no-shows.
-Maintain accurate records in CRM (calls, leads, appointments).
-Consistently meet appointment and performance goals.
Requirements
-Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
-Prior experience generating insurance leads/appointments (final expense strongly preferred).
-Familiarity with Calendly or similar scheduling tools.
-Ability to target and generate leads only in North Carolina (USA).
-Reliable internet connection and quiet home office.
-Ability to work U.S. business hours (EST).
-Independent, motivated, and results-driven.
Compensation
Base Pay: $2–$3 USD per hour (depending on experience).
Performance Bonus Structure:
$50 USD for each policy sold from your appointments (first 25 policies).
$75 USD for each policy sold from your appointments (policies 26–50).
$100 USD for each policy sold from your appointments (51+ policies).
Long-term growth opportunities for high performers.
Performance Expectations
-Steady flow of North Carolina–based self-generated leads.
-2–5 qualified final expense appointments booked daily in Calendly.
-Consistent communication and professional follow-up.
