We are a growing Amazon wholesale e-commerce business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You will work closely with our team to manage day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth workflow. MUST NOT WORK FOR OTHER AMAZON SELLERS.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer and supplier orders
Create and manage Amazon shipments (FBA & FBM)
Handle product listings: creating, editing, and optimizing product detail pages
Perform pricing and repricing tasks to remain competitive
Research and identify new profitable products and opportunities
Communicate with suppliers and brands to maintain good business relationships
Track and follow up on lost inventory, missing shipments, or reimbursement claims with Amazon
Assist with bookkeeping, reporting, and other administrative tasks
General business support and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central is strongly preferred
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and other business tools
Problem-solving skills and ability to follow processes accurately
Nice to Have (but not required):
Previous experience in e-commerce or wholesale
Knowledge of inventory management and accounting software
