About the Role
We are seeking an empathetic, energetic, and results-driven Setter to join our small, high-performing team. As a Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our students, engaging with them on social media (Instagram, Facebook) and through inbound messages. Your role will be to start meaningful conversations, qualify leads, and connect students with the right resources—including booking them for strategy calls with our coaches.
This is a fast-paced, technology-driven role that requires someone who can manage multiple conversations at once, pay close attention to detail, and work with a high daily message volume. You’ll receive comprehensive training to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with leads from Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, sending 50–100+ outreach messages per day.
Respond promptly to inbound DMs with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
Qualify leads and book strategy calls with our coaching team.
Guide students to the right products and services for their needs.
Conduct light selling of lower-ticket products ($19.99–$129 range) via Messenger when appropriate.
Track conversations and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Balance multiple conversations while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent written and verbal English skills *Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, and communicate clearly and effectively.
Strong communicator who can connect with people at a deep level.
Tech-savvy and confident navigating social media, CRMs, and messaging tools.
Compassionate, empathetic, and student-focused.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with a go-getter mentality—someone who takes initiative.
Energetic, positive, and resilient under pressure.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or online engagement is a plus.
Must be able to work US (EST) hours

Position Details
Remote position (part-time or full-time options available).
Training is provided to ensure success.

Flexible hours; some weekends required with notice.
Overtime opportunities available during busy NPTE result/release cycles (two-week periods, once every three months; dates are pre-planned years in advance).
