Media Buyer (Meta AND Google Ads) – Roughidea
Roughidea is on the lookout for a Media Buyer (Meta & Google Ads) with a sharp marketing mindset and proven experience in driving both paid and organic growth.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of our Meta
This is a full-time position with plenty of room to grow into a broader marketing leadership role for the right person.
What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Google & Meta ad campaigns
Continuously test creative, copy, and targeting to optimize performance.
Monitor KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS) and deliver clear reporting.
Build and run organic outreach strategies to supplement paid campaigns.
Develop content flywheels to repurpose and amplify reach across platforms.
Collaborate with the team on funnels, CRO, and integrated growth initiatives.
Stay ahead of Meta’s ad policies, algorithm shifts, and best practices.

Work Hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Must be available during AUS (Perth, WA) business hours.
