We need a detail-focused Virtual Assistant to handle refunds and analyze data entry. You'll be the assistant to the CS Manager and be ensuring tasks are completed timely and accurately.
What You'll Do:
- Process refund requests by following our step-by-step guides
- Check data entry to ensure of no analytical errors or mishap with SOP.
- Spot when a step was skipped or was made in error

- Make sure every case has proper notes and documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with customer service, refunds, or handling of charge backs.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Sharp eye for catching small mistakes
- Good judgment when dealing with unusual situations
- Can review hundreds of cases without losing focus
- Knows when something looks "off" even in routine work
You Should Be Someone Who:
- Actually reads and checks everything, not just skims through
- Speaks up when something isn't done correctly
- Stays focused even when the work gets repetitive
