About Me:
I run a bold, unapologetic brand and podcast that empowers women healing from narcissistic abuse and toxic relationships. My content lives on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Now I need someone who can help me scale fast.

What I Need From You

This isn’t just a “VA” role where you quietly follow instructions. I need someone sharp, proactive, and resourceful who can think like a content strategist. You’ll be responsible for helping me turn raw ideas into scroll-stopping, viral-ready posts.

Your Main Responsibilities

Research Trends: Study top creators (like Ava Yurgens and others in my niche). Spot viral hooks, trending audios, captions, and angles we can use.

Content Planning: Each week, deliver a simple report: what’s working, what we should try, and 5–7 content ideas ready for filming.

Script + Caption Drafting: Use my AI chatbot to turn ideas into captions and bullet scripts for me to record.

Organization: Keep Google Drive clean and structured so my editor (Andre) always has videos ready to work on.

Analytics Check: Review TikTok + IG analytics weekly, summarize what’s performing and what’s not.

What Success Looks Like

I never sit around wondering what to film—you’ll always have fresh ideas ready.

Content is consistent, data-driven, and always rooted in what works now.

We’re posting daily, and needing to grow with engaged followers.

Skills You’ll Need

Strong English writing (so captions sound natural).

Social media savvy is a MUST especially TikTok + Instagram.

Comfort using AI tools.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Not afraid to think and bring me ideas, not just tasks.

Hours + Pay

Approx. 20–30 hours per week.

Long-term role with room to grow.
