Are you passionate about creating excellent experiences for people and building lasting relationships? Join GPS Renting as a Resident Service Ambassador (RSA) Trainee. You’ll start full-time and spend your first months learning how to be the first point of contact for our residents—listening, problem-solving, and ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued and cared for.

This trainee program builds skills in communication, conflict resolution, prioritization, and customer delight. As you grow, you’ll take on your own portfolio of residents, becoming their trusted liaison and delivering the 5-star service GPS Renting is known for.

What You’ll Do
As a Resident Service Ambassador Trainee, you will:
Resident Support
Be the primary point of contact for residents—answer questions, provide updates, and resolve concerns.
Communicate clearly and kindly, ensuring residents feel heard and respected.

Problem-Solving & Escalation
Triage maintenance and service requests, ensuring they are routed correctly.
Identify urgent situations, follow escalation protocols, and track resolution.

Relationship Building
Build trust with residents by following through, keeping promises, and providing proactive communication.
Gather feedback and help identify ways we can improve the resident experience.

Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate records of communications and requests.
Support initiatives to streamline processes, reduce response times, and improve resident satisfaction.

Position Details
Employment Type: Full-time.

Compensation: Starting at $640/month, which is $4/hour. With the growth potential to $1120/month, which is $7 per hour.

Schedule: Monday–Friday starting at 8:00 AM PST; occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required during training or on rotation.

Requirements
High English proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong computer skills and a stable internet connection.
Self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
