Are you a skilled Virtual Assistant with a passion for beauty, wellness, and digital marketing? We’re hiring a Social Media & Email Marketing VA to support two premium brands:

? Love Skin Holistic Medical Spa – luxury, holistic aesthetics and advanced skin treatments.
? Love Skin Botanicals – a science-based, plant-powered skincare line expanding across major platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and post content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok; write on-brand captions; manage comments and DMs; assist with UGC and short-form video briefs.


Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
Build newsletters, promos, and automated flows; segment audiences; A/B test; track opens/clicks/conversions.

Shopify E-Commerce
Optimize product listings, images, and descriptions; manage promotions; support product launches and seasonal campaigns.

GoHighLevel CRM
Build pipelines, forms, triggers, and automations; maintain SMS/email nurture sequences; monitor lead flow and bookings.

Performance Tracking
Compile weekly dashboards (social, email, and store metrics) with actionable insights and next steps.

Daily EOD Reporting (Workdays)
Send a concise end-of-day email each workday summarizing: tasks completed, key metrics/links, pending items, blockers, and tomorrow’s priorities.

Required Qualifications

2+ years in social media and email marketing for brands.

Proven hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and GoHighLevel.

Strong content and design skills (Canva/Adobe), basic video editing a plus.

Comfort with analytics (Klaviyo reports, Shopify analytics, Meta/TikTok insights).

Excellent written and spoken English; clear client communication.

Reliable laptop/PC, stable high-speed internet, and a backup plan.

Highly organized, proactive, and consistent with daily EOD reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in medical spa, aesthetics, or skincare.

Familiarity with beauty/wellness trends and compliance-friendly copy.

Experience with Meta/TikTok Ads, light SEO, or UGC coordination.

Basic photo/video editing for Reels/TikToks.
