We are currently hiring experienced Freight Forwarders / Cargo Transport Operators to join our growing operations support team remotely from the Philippines.

We’re looking for professionals with a solid background in international freight forwarding, especially those confident using CargoWise. While experience with Dangerous Goods is not required, we will provide full training through our certified programs.

This is a long-term, full-time remote role working closely with our Australian-based team. You’ll receive training, ongoing support, and the chance to develop new qualifications while contributing to an organisation that values your skills and dedication.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you’ll play an important part in the global logistics chain by supporting the safe and efficient movement of cargo. Your duties will include:

# Managing import and export cargo through air and sea freight systems
# Coordinating interstate transport of cargo (including DG) across road and air
# Liaising with shipping lines, agents, and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
# Working closely with our Australian-based operations staff
# Ensuring all data in CargoWise is entered accurately and on time
# Tracking shipments and assisting with problem-solving if issues arise
# Supporting compliance with industry regulations and documentation standards

QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you should have:

# Strong working knowledge of CargoWise in a freight forwarding environment
# Experience with End to End international shipping operations (imports & exports)
# High attention to detail and disciplined use of freight systems and data entry
# Good written and verbal communication skills
# The ability to work effectively with international teams
# A proactive, team-oriented mindset and strong time management skills
