Full-Time VA (Loom Video Outreach)

We’re looking for Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time.

Our company helps personal trainers build and scale their online coaching businesses, and part of our process includes personalized video outreach.

Role & Responsibilities
• Record Loom videos for potential and existing clients (based on social media profiles)
• This will mainly be done based on a script/structure to keep the videos effective
• Track who has been contacted and update our system accordingly + Daily reporting
• Take on additional general administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
• Full-time availability (mainly US time zone)
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) with clear, confident communication
• Comfortable being on camera and recording Loom videos daily
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Willing to work hard and grow with the company
