Video Editor AND/OR Social Media Content Creator (YouTube/Facebook/Instagram)

I am looking for a video editor for YouTube videos (long and short formats), creator of ad trailers promoting my products and services, and/or social media expert to come up with ideas and use my and other assets to create FB/Instagram/TikTok/YouTube posts, reels, videos, Meta ads. I will provide some supervision and ideas, but you need to have foundational skills and understanding of the work.

It can be ONE person or MULTIPLE people. You don’t need to be able to do all the above.

My current rate offer is $5–6/hour, with adjustments based on speed, quality, and growth. Beginners who learn fast are welcome, but only if you can demonstrate potential through the assessment. This role starts part-time, with the potential to grow into full time.

You need to demonstrate your skills to be considered. Hired person(s) will be paid for the completed work.

- Have strong video editing skills (CapCut is what I use)
- Have good English, so you can understand written and spoken English well and communicate back
- Have reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Take responsibility for the tasks and meet deadlines with minimum rework
- Follow my direction when given but also have your own creativity to come up with ideas and suggestions
- Are organized and detailed oriented
- Are loyal, dependable, and creative
- You are open to new tools or already have experience working with them (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, Vizard.ai, Leonardo.ai, vidIQ, Tube Buddy)
