The Opportunity: We need a fast, talented editor who can turn raw footage and creative briefs into scroll-stopping ads that convert. You'll produce high-volume creative variations for rapid testing across
What You'll Actually Do:
Receive creative briefs from our CEO, execute edits, and collaborate with our media buying team on performance
Edit 10-15 video variations per week (UGC content, sales videos, screen recordings, talking heads)
Trim dead air, add captions, splice attention-grabbing hooks, insert b-roll
Create 5-10 image ad variations per week in Canva (headline + image combos)
Iterate fast on winning ads based on performance feedback
Use AI tools to produce creative variations at scale
Meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality (48-72 hour turnaround typical)
You're Perfect If You:
Have a killer portfolio of video/image ads (bonus: show us performance data!)
Know what makes direct response ads convert (hooks, pacing, CTAs)
Can work fast and accurately without hand-holding
Understand platform trends and what stops the scroll
Use editing software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut, or similar
Are comfortable with Canva and AI content tools
Can execute systematic processes and suggest improvements
Major Bonus Points: You already have a proven system for cranking out high-volume ad creatives at scale. If you've cracked the code on creative production, we want to learn from you.
