Job Title: Part-Time Digital Marketing Associate
Location: Remote
We’re hiring a Part-Time Digital Marketing Associate to promote content, engage with online communities, and boost CRB’s brand visibility in the construction industry.

What You’ll Do
Share and promote CRB articles, blogs, and resources across social media groups and online communities.
Monitor comments, replies, and inquiries — respond promptly to boost engagement and build relationships.
Track performance of posts (likes, shares, comments, reach) and provide regular engagement reports.
Support brand awareness by creating and scheduling content across platforms (LinkedIn,
Research relevant groups, forums, and communities to expand CRB’s reach.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement ideas for increasing online visibility.
Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
Identify opportunities to promote CRB’s services in industry-specific conversations.
Assist in managing engagement campaigns and outreach during slower posting periods.
Continuously look for ways to improve digital marketing processes and tools.
What We’re Looking For
Self-motivated individual with a strong interest in digital marketing and online engagement
Experience promoting content or managing social media pages/groups (construction or technical fields a plus)
Able to differentiate audiences and tailor messaging for industry professionals
Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs (reach, impressions, engagement rates, conversions)
Strong research skills to identify relevant groups, forums, and platforms for promotion
Detail-oriented with excellent community management and follow-up habits
Comfortable engaging directly with audiences and representing CRB in online discussions
Proactive and resourceful when workload is light, with initiative to suggest improvements
Experience managing online campaigns or supporting marketing teams is preferred
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in execution

Proficient with computers (PC/Windows)
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with online tools for posting, scheduling, and reporting

Interest in the construction industry and willingness to learn industry terminology (preferred but not required)
Must have an active LinkedIn account
