Apparel Design QA / Production Artist

We're looking for a Design QA Specialist/Production Artist who will ensure all designs meet brand, production, and quality standards before they move into final production. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical design accuracy, and consistency across multiple product types.

Key Responsibilities
Review all design files before release to production for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Ensure designs comply with brand guidelines, client requirements, and project specifications.
Check for errors such as alignment issues, color inconsistencies, typography mistakes, and incorrect sizing.
Collaborate with designers to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
Maintain quality control processes and standard operating procedures for design review.
Communicate effectively with production teams to ensure files are print-ready or production-ready.
Keep track of recurring errors and recommend improvements in workflows.
Uphold deadlines by reviewing and approving designs within required timelines.


Key Requirements
Experienced in design quality assurance, apparel graphics, or production design.
Strong knowledge of sorority and fraternity (Greek) licensing requirements and apparel industry standards.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design tools.
Keen eye for detail, typography, alignment, and color accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
