???? Location: Philippines (Remote)
???? Schedule: 2–4 hours/day, flexible between 6:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. and after 9:00 p.m. Philippine time
???? Compensation: ?100–?150/hour (approx. $2.00–$2.50/hour) + performance-based incentives paid weekly first month

About Us

We are a growing company in the AI services industry, working with businesses to help them leverage artificial intelligence tools for growth and efficiency. We are looking for a motivated part-time cold caller to join our team and help us connect with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B cold calls using a provided script.
- Adapt and tailor the conversation naturally depending on the prospect’s responses.
- Handle basic data entry (logging calls, updating simple spreadsheets).
- Follow up with potential leads as instructed.
- Communicate effectively and represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – will be tested during the interview.
- Strong internet connection and smartphone with reliable call quality.
- Comfortable with phone-based communication (no video calls required).
- Ability to follow a script while staying conversational.
- Willingness to learn and take simple instructions.
- Previous sales, telemarketing, or calling experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:
- ?100–?150 per hour (based on experience and skills).
- Additional performance-based bonuses (to be discussed during interview).
- Consistent, part-time work (2–4 hours per day).
- Training and scripts provided.
