UK-Based Shopify Store of Paving Stones Hiring Full-Time VA

We are a well-established UK seller of paving stones, operating two successful Shopify stores serving both wholesale and retail customers. As our business grows, we are seeking two full-time virtual assistants to support backend operations and customer service. This is a practical, long-term role for reliable people who value steady work and clear procedures.

Job responsibilities

1. Manage Shopify backend operations: process orders, update inventory, and track logistics.
2. Provide professional, courteous pre-sale and post-sale support by email.
3. Handle customer enquiries by phone using VoIP or virtual numbers.
4. Maintain and update product information, categories and pages on Shopify (this task is optional).
5. Use Google Drive, Excel and other office tools for daily record keeping and coordination.
6. Work closely with our UK and China teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years’ direct Shopify experience (order management, fulfilment and basic store administration).
2. Fluent English (C2 level) — excellent written and spoken communication is essential.
3. Confident using virtual phone systems/VoIP for customer calls.
4. Thorough understanding of company policy and a willingness to learn and improve on the job.

6. Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and good time management.

Job details
Type: Full-time, remote.
Hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (with occasional need for 5–6 days per week work).
Probation: 1 month. Salary during probation: USD 600.
Ongoing salary after probation: USD 800 per month.
Payment: Monthly.
Bonus: Long-term potential for promotion and salary increases based on performance.
