## The Role

We're looking for an SEO Specialist to own SEO strategy and execution for our clients and internal properties.

You'll work flexible hours (async-friendly) with occasional afternoon check-ins and meetings in PH time. You'll report to our Project Manager but have direct access to leadership when needed.

## What You'll Do

- Develop and execute SEO strategies for client websites and our internal properties
- On-page optimization: keyword research, content optimization, meta tags, site structure, technical SEO audits
- Off-page optimization: link building, outreach, reputation management
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance (rankings, traffic, conversions)
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry best practices
- Collaborate with our team on content strategy and web development projects
- Communicate clearly with clients about progress, recommendations, and results

## What We're Looking For

**Must-haves:**
- Mid-level experience in SEO (2-4 years preferred)
- Strong command of on-page and off-page SEO techniques
- Proven ability to improve rankings and organic traffic
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Very Comfortable with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO fundamentals
- Self-starter mentality - you manage your own time (with guidance if needed) and deliver without hand-holding
- Good attitude, open-minded learner who adapts to feedback and new ideas

**Nice-to-haves:**
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools (we'll provide if needed)
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS
- Experience managing multiple client accounts
