Technical Support

A Technical Implementation Specialist at The Bellamy Co. will be responsible for executing and troubleshooting technical tasks across our digital marketing operations. This includes deploying database and SaaS integrations, exploring innovative solutions, and learning new platforms quickly to support our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute technical tasks and integrations across various client projects (e.g., Airtable database builds, Booqable setups, Go High Level implementations).
• Research and recommend creative, “out of the box” technology solutions to improve client processes and internal efficiency.
• Rapidly learn new marketing and SaaS platforms, serving as the agency’s point person for technical setups and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with project managers and strategists to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and automations.
• Test and validate integrations, automations, and data flows between different systems (APIs, webhooks, martech stacks).
• Create detailed documentation and SOPs for configurations, integrations, and workflows, supporting team education and training.
• Support ongoing process improvements through technology adoption.

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a technical, SaaS, or digital agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and deploy new platforms and tools quickly.
• Experience building automations, API integrations, or custom workflows (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, n8n.io).
• Analytical problem solver with a creative approach to process challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document processes.

Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with martech and SaaS platforms such as Airtable, Go High Level, and Booqable.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or custom workflow platforms.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
