WordPress Ninja (Help Desk agent)

Good Day to you,

I'm looking for a full-time employee (around 39 hours).

Your main job will be to reply to emails and forum post.
Between 40 and 70 emails & forum posts per day.

You will reply to the best of your ability and if you can't reply you must forward to me.

When you finish the emails you will be moved to other jobs like working on our plugins or new plugins.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a two-year experience on using WordPress. Must have excellent listening and oral communication skills, the ability to multi-task. Must demonstrate professional writing skills.

Your most important job will be to keep our customers happy & help us build a community.

You must know PHP and WordPress development.
