JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Managed Services Provider in the Washington DC area in the US. We provide IT services to businesses, primarily local to our city and surrounding areas. You can learn a bit more about what a Managed Services Provider does here: ----------

Initially we are filling a role for a Lead Qualifier. Should this be successful, opportunities are available for Sales Rep positions (with bonuses for appointments set/accounts closed), and marketing campaign management (socials, blogs, engagement, etc).

Responsibilities
Outbound Verification Calls : Call prospective leads from provided lists to confirm and update business information.
Contact Validation : Verify the decision-maker’s name, role/title, phone number, and email address.
Company Data Verification : Confirm basic company details such as:
Company size / number of staff
Location and mailing address
Presence of any on-premises servers or hybrid IT setup
Current productivity platform (Office 365, Google Workspace, or other)
CRM Updates : Accurately log and update all verified information into the company CRM system.
Lead Qualification : Flag prospects that match our target client profile for follow-up by the sales team.
Reporting : Provide weekly summaries of verified leads and identified opportunities.

Requirements
Communication Skills : Strong phone presence, professional tone, and ability to quickly build rapport.
Attention to Detail : Accurate data entry and careful verification of business information.
Experience : Prior experience in telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales is strongly preferred.
Tech Comfort : Familiarity with business IT terms (servers, cloud services, Office 365, Google Workspace) is a plus.
Organization : Ability to manage call lists, track progress, and deliver consistent updates.
Work Setup : Reliable internet connection, quiet work environment, and headset.

Compensation
Hourly rate (to be determined based on experience).
Part time and full time position available.
Bonus incentives for verified leads that convert into qualified opportunities.
