We are building a hospitality tech platform that connects landlords and property managers with long-stay renters, including insurance adjusters, displaced families, traveling professionals, contractors, nurses, and corporate travelers. Unlike Furnished Finder, our marketplace supports both furnished and unfurnished properties.

We are seeking a Growth Marketing & Operations Manager to lead the launch and scaling of our marketplace. This role is marketing-first with operational oversight, designed for someone who can own campaigns, drive lead generation, and ensure our roadmap gets executed across product and operations.
You’ll be responsible for building and running the marketing engine — paid ads, email/SMS funnels, referral programs, content strategy, PR, and SEO — while coordinating with developers, VAs, and external partners to make sure growth tactics are implemented and optimized.
