**********About the Role**********
HSA is seeking a dependable, creative, and experienced Marketing Manager & Social Media Content Creator to join our team. Must have 2 years of prior experience and be Google/ Meta certified

This role is perfect for a proactive individual who can design, manage campaigns, and create engaging content for multiple platforms while working independently and meeting deadlines. You will be handling all aspects of social media and marketing engagement including content creation ( graphics) & daily posting. You must be able to setup Google, Meta and Linkedin ads and optimize the ads.

**********Key Responsibilities**********
Plan, design, and schedule engaging content across major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create branded graphics, short-form videos, reels, and other high-quality visual content. Manage both paid and organic campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Optimize posts for reach, SEO, and engagement. Set up and monitor Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Shopping, and Pixels. Track analytics and provide reports on KPIs to guide future strategy. Engage with the community by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure campaigns are targeting the correct audience for each product.

**********Requirements**********
Applicants must have proven experience managing multiple social media accounts and campaigns. Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools are required. Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Pinterest Scheduler, YouTube Studio, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is necessary. A solid knowledge of analytics tools and reporting is essential. Candidates must be familiar with US market trends. Reliability, self-motivation, and attention to detail are key. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay organized is critical.
