Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Web Designer to lead the full design and development of ITC’s new company website. This role requires both creative vision and technical execution — from conceptualizing modern layouts to implementing responsive, user-friendly designs that showcase ITC’s services and expertise. The ideal candidate has experience building corporate B2B websites from the ground up and can deliver a professional, high-performing website.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and launch a new company website for ITC Engineering.

Translate ITC’s technical services into clear, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences.

Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes before implementation.

Ensure responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Optimize site structure for usability, SEO, and lead generation.

Work with internal teams to integrate Request a Quote forms, service pages, and resources.

Create visual assets (banners, icons, graphics) aligned with brand identity.

Implement UI/UX best practices and ensure accessibility.

Provide post-launch support, maintenance, and improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience designing and launching complete corporate or B2B websites (portfolio required).

Strong design skills with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).

Understanding of SEO, site speed optimization, and responsive design.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and marketing teams.

Ability to manage the full website project lifecycle.
