Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & CRM Assistant to join our team part-time. This role involves a combination of outbound cold calling, CRM management, online postings, responding to customer inquiries, and following up on sales leads. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and confident in communication — both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients/customers.
• Manage and update our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, contacts, and activities.
• Post and manage product or service listings on various online marketplaces (e.g., Craigslist,
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone,
• Follow up with prospects and existing leads to nurture relationships and assist in closing sales.
• Provide weekly updates on progress, including call outcomes, lead status, and CRM updates.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales support, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable with cold calling and building rapport over the phone.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with online marketplaces and social media platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.

Work Schedule:
• 15 hours per week.
• Must be available to work during Central Time (CT) business hours.
