The Role
- Lead a portfolio of construction and digital projects from planning to closeout
- Own budgets, schedules, risks, and quality while driving results through ClickUp, automation, and AI systems
- Motivate and coordinate multi-disciplinary remote teams to deliver outcomes at speed and scale
- Act as both strategist and hands-on executor to ensure projects meet business objectives

Core Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects including unit turnovers, remodels, and maintenance programs
- Oversee digital projects including websites, CRM builds, AI integrations, automation workflows, and marketing initiatives
- Design and optimize ClickUp systems including spaces, dashboards, workload management, and automations
- Lead distributed teams with clear communication norms, accountability frameworks, and consistent progress reporting
- Apply critical thinking to identify risks early, resolve issues quickly, and maintain ---------- ntum under pressure
- Build and enforce SOPs, templates, and QA processes including MHR’s Signature Finish Protocol™
- Provide concise, executive-level updates to stakeholders and leadership

Must Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with at least 2 years in construction and 1 year in digital or marketing operations
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and at required quality levels
- Strong proficiency in ClickUp or similar PM platforms with deep knowledge of automations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making under pressure
- Experience leading remote teams with disciplined structure and accountability

Bonus Skills
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation platforms to streamline workflows and reporting
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma
- Knowledge of property management operations, construction technology, or digital marketing platforms

Success Metrics (First 90–180 Days)
- On-time delivery rate of 90% or higher across your project portfolio
- Budget variance consistently within 10% or less
- ClickUp dashboards and automations deployed and actively reducing manual reporting work
- Standardized construction closeout packages and digital QA processes in place
