What You’ll Do:

• Respond to client inquiries on Telegram and other chat platforms

• Guide clients to join our VIP Forex signals group

• Assist clients with broker onboarding

• Provide excellent customer service with a sales-driven approach

• Multitask effectively and manage time under pressure

• Quickly understand and execute tasks after instructions


Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Laptop/computer with monitor, working camera and microphone, and working smartphone
• Stable internet connection and reliable power 24/7
• Highly dedicated, proactive, and quick learner
• Ability to understand Forex basics independently
• Expert in Telegram and other chat tools
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
• Ready to work 8 hours per day, 7 days per week (08:00 – 16:00 Amsterdam time)
• Able to maintain 1–2 minute response time on Telegram messages during your shift
• Open to participating in online meetings with the team

Salary:

• $600 per month
