CRM Fluent Virtual Assistant

We're seeking a highly communicative Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team at Kriptomat with CRM oriented management tasks.

Most Important Requirements:

- Some experience with CRM tools or marketing automation platforms (any tool experience is welcome for e.g. braze, moengage, ---------- , hubspot etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills - You must be fluent and comfortable communicating in English
- Responsive and communicative - We need someone who replies promptly, asks questions when needed, and keeps us updated on progress

Responsibilities:

Assist in executing CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, in-app and other channels
Help organize and maintain CRM data and segments
Track campaign performance and assist with reporting
Provide general support for CRM initiatives

Reliable internet connection and computer
Organized and able to follow instructions
