Revit Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Specialist to join our
dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
developing detailed BIM models for architecture and
interiors across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
? Create and manage accurate, detailed Revit models
for architecture and interior design packages
? Coordinate and integrate all architectural, structural,
and MEP components within the BIM environment
? Prepare high-quality technical drawings, shop
drawings, and documentation sets for tender,
construction, and authority approvals
? Collaborate with design and engineering teams to
maintain project standards and resolve complex
detailing challenges
? Implement best practices for model setup, work-
sharing, and Revit family creation tailored to high-end
design
? Support in the development of custom parametric
families and detail libraries specific to villa and tower
typologies

Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior
Architecture, or related field
? Minimum 4–6 years of experience in BIM/Revit for
architectural and interior projects.
? Proven experience delivering Revit models for large-
scale projects from concept to IFC stage
? Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.
? Detail-oriented with strong communication and team
collaboration skills
? Capable of creating complex geometry in
