We are an Education & Migration Consulting Company based in Australia.
Our current website is functional but not ideal. We are looking for a reliable Web Specialist who can:
1. Deliver a one-time redesign & optimization project to make the website professional and user-friendly.
2. Set up a multi-language structure (English + Chinese + Korean). We provide language support.
3. Add social media integration
4. Provide ongoing part-time monthly maintenance for content updates, SEO improvements, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• One-time project:
o Redesign website pages for a modern, professional look
o Improve mobile responsiveness and site speed
o Implement SEO best practices (keywords, meta tags, image optimization)
o Add/update service pages (RPL, Visa, Training, Education)
o Set up multi-language website structure (English / Chinese / Korean)
o Add social media integration
o Ensure contact forms work correctly (integration with Zoho CRM optional)
• Ongoing monthly maintenance:
o Update content (new services, images, blog posts)
o Maintain SEO optimization and Google ranking (multi-language pages)
o Regularly update WordPress/plugins and ensure website security
o Add new features/pages as needed
o Provide monthly performance reports (traffic, SEO ranking)
Requirements:
• Strong experience with WordPress / Webflow / similar CMS
• Experience setting up multi-language websites (using WPML, Polylang, or similar plugins)
• Experience with social media integration (FB, IG, LinkedIn)
• Portfolio of websites you have designed or maintained (please include links)
• Good understanding of SEO optimization & Google ranking
• Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop / Figma)
• Strong English communication skills
Budget & Work Arrangement:
• One-time redesign project: USD $500–800 (depending on scope & proposal)
• Part-time monthly maintenance: USD $400–600/month (approx. 20 hrs/week)
• Flexible remote work, long-term opportunity if performance is good
