Zoho CRM Setup & Customization (Education / Migration Consulting Business)

We are an Education & Migration consulting company and currently use Zoho CRM.

We need an experienced Zoho CRM Specialist to customize our system for:

1. Data & Setup

• Import & organize client/student/consultant data
• Create database with client/student info, required documents, progress status
• User roles & permissions (Admin, Consultants, Manager)

2. Case Management (Pipeline)

• Case progress pipeline: Lead ? Consultation ? Enrolled ? Document Collection ? Submitted ? Completed
• File upload reminders to avoid missing documents
• Workflow automation (e.g., case stuck for X days ? reminder to consultant/admin)

3. Consultant Follow-up Module

• Lead ? Contact conversion
• Auto-assign leads to consultants
• Follow-up reminders (no contact for X days)
• Notes & communication history tracking
• Pre-set email/SMS templates

4. Service Products Module

• Add Products (RPL, Training, Student Visa, etc.)
• Price Books for different client types
• Link products to deals/cases
• Automation: when product added ? notify Admin
• Sales & product performance reports

5. Reports & Dashboards

• Consultant KPI dashboards (leads, follow-ups, conversions)
• Admin reports (case status, missing docs)
• Manager overview dashboard

6. Training & SOP
• Simple user manual (PDF + workflow diagram)
• 1–2 online training sessions (recorded for future staff)

Budget:

• Fixed project fee: USD $1,200 – $1,600 (depending on experience & proposal)
• Zoho subscription provided
• Optional: ongoing monthly maintenance ( USD $200–300/month)

Requirements:
• Proven experience customizing Zoho CRM (please provide examples/screenshots)
• Strong knowledge of workflows, automation, dashboards
• Good communication in English
• Able to deliver within 3–4 weeks
