About the Role

We are a freight forwarding company seeking an experienced Sales Support Operator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound quotation requests, coordinating with international clients, and supporting our commercial team in the UK and USA.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, industry experience, and the ability to deliver professional and accurate support in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and process inbound quotation requests across all modes of shipping (air, sea, and road).

Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to global clients.

Collaborate with teams in the UK, USA, and worldwide via email, CRM, and Zoo ---------- etings.

Utilize CargoWise to manage and process freight forwarding activities.

Ensure smooth communication and documentation flow between sales, operations, and customers.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics (all transport modes).

CargoWise training/experience is essential.

Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal. Must be confident in participating in Zoo ---------- etings.

Ability to work full-time UAE business hours (UTC+4).

Reliable work-from-home setup – computer, headset, and stable high-speed internet.

Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Must pay own local taxes (contractor position, but permanent).
