THE POSITION
We're expanding our support team to better serve families during this critical time in their lives. You'll provide real-time assistance during live sessions and handle
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Live Session Support
1. Attend scheduled support sessions at specific times
2. Respond to parent and student questions in real-time
3. Document outcomes and follow-ups

1. Handle inquiries using our AI knowledge base
2. Identify issues needing escalation
3. Craft professional responses that actually help families
4. Keep response times quick
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience
2+ years in customer service (virtual or in-person)
Strong background reading and understanding customer concerns
Technical Comfort
Experience with AI tools preferred but we'll train you
Must be comfortable learning new platforms
