Virtual Assistant - Social Media Management & Lead Generation

About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our marketing agency that specializes in helping coaches, consultants, and online course creators grow their businesses.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Account Cleanup (Trial Task)

Review and organize Instagram following list (~5,000 accounts)
Create detailed spreadsheet with female accounts only
Include: Instagram profile links and exact usernames
Assist with unfollowing and post management strategy

2. Lead Generation & Outreach on Instagram (must have Instagram Account)

Research and compile targeted prospect lists (coaches, consultants, online creators. Coaching Businesses
Organize leads in specified spreadsheet format
Execute outreach campaigns via direct messages
Send follow-up documents and materials
Manage entire outreach pipeline

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):


Email marketing
General marketing support
Appointment setting
Content creation and social media management


Requirements:

Strong attention to detail
Proficient in spreadsheet management (Google Sheets/Excel)
Experience with Instagram and social media platforms
Excellent English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and availability during business hours
