We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company running multiple successful DTC brands, and we’re looking for a highly creative, team-oriented video editor to join us full-time.
This isn’t a one-off gig. We want someone who’s ready to grow with us, collaborate closely with our creative team, and become genuinely invested in our vision.
???? What We're Looking For:
Proven experience editing videos for e-commerce brands (ads, UGC, promos, product explainers, etc.)


Ability to follow proven ad formulas AND contribute your own creative concepts


Strong understanding of hooks, scroll-stoppers, pacing, and retention


Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy environment


Must be a team player—we’re building something big, and we want you in the trenches with us


???? Your Responsibilities:
Edit direct-response style ads optimized for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube


Repurpose raw content into multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)


Collaborate with our copywriters and strategists to align creative vision


Occasionally develop concepts and scripts from scratch (bonus if you can)


???? Compensation:
$1,000/month retainer


+ $250 for every ad that hits performance goals


+ $500 if the ad was built from your original concept


Bonus Points If You Have:
Motion graphics experience


A background in performance marketing


Worked with 7–8 figure ecom brands before
