Sales Agent/Cold Caller

We are seeking ambitious Sales Agents / Cold Callers to join our team at Airé CRM, a software solutions company helping HVAC businesses streamline their operations with automation, invoicing, appointment booking, and customer management.

As an Airé CRM Sales Agent, you will:
• Generate your own leads through cold calling, outreach, and prospecting.
• Connect with HVAC business owners, introduce our software, and qualify them as potential clients.
• Fill out client intake forms directly in our GoHighLevel CRM during calls.
• Use our AiréCodie calculator to create accurate price estimates.
• Create and send invoices inside GoHighLevel after presenting the offer.
• Close sales and ensure new clients are onboarded into the system.

This is a performance-based role — you will earn 20% commission per sale. Our software packages range from $1,500 to $4,500+, meaning each closed deal can earn you $300–$900+ in commission. Top performers can expect consistent weekly pay through Wise (international payouts supported).

Training, onboarding demo videos, and full orientation materials are provided. You will have everything you need to succeed in the CRM — but it is your responsibility to bring in and close your own leads.
