Virtual Assistant – Fan Engagement & Chat Support

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to handle private messaging and community engagement with our subscribers. Your role is to keep conversations lively, build rapport, and encourage customers to purchase premium content.

Responsibilities:
• Reply to incoming DMs in a fun, engaging, and persuasive way
• Build relationships with subscribers through daily conversations
• Follow provided scripts and conversation guidelines
• Encourage upsells and premium offers in chat
• Keep detailed records of chats and sales in shared spreadsheets
• Work scheduled shifts reliably and consistently

Requirements:
• Excellent written English and fast typing speed
• Strong sales/upselling and conversational skills
• Reliable internet connection + quiet workspace
• Comfortable with roleplay/chat scenarios
• Discreet and trustworthy (confidentiality is a must)
• Willing to learn and follow clear scripts/guidelines

Compensation:
• $3 USD/hour
• Plus commission on sales from chats and other bonuses
• Weekly or bi-weekly payments
