About the Role

We’re looking for a well-rounded Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can support a variety of marketing tasks. Instead of being highly specialized, you’ll wear multiple hats to help execute and coordinate key marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth communication, organization, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Management – Coordinate with affiliates, track activities, and assist with communications.
Podcast Booking – Research potential shows, conduct outreach, and manage scheduling and logistics.
PR Assistance – Support press outreach, follow-ups, and media coordination.
Marketing Copy Support – Help write and edit marketing emails, social captions, and outreach copy.
General Marketing Outreach – Assist in executing broader campaigns and initiatives as directed by the team.

Requirements

Previous experience in marketing support or VA roles (generalist background preferred).
Strong written communication skills for copywriting and outreach.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with the willingness to learn and support across different marketing channels.
