Full-Time Video Editor (High-Touch Team, Daily Meetings, Fast Replies Required)

At 20x Agency, we are looking for a full-time video editor who doesn’t just cut clips, but knows how to spot the most important parts of a video and bring stories to life.

We are a high-touch team. That means we work very closely together and expect high standards.


WHAT HIGH-TOUCH MEANS

- Daily meetings. You must attend on time, every day.

- Fast replies. During work hours (8:00 am – 4:00 pm Philippine time), you need to reply within 10 minutes.

- Consistency. Be reliable, show up every day, and finish your tasks on time.

- Ownership. If something is assigned to you, it is your responsibility to complete it. If there is a problem, update us right away.

- Growth mindset. We give direct feedback and expect you to improve constantly.

If you are used to freelancing with a flexible schedule, this will be a big adjustment. If you are only looking for a side gig, this is not the right fit.


THE WORK YOU WILL DO

- Edit long-form content (podcasts, talking head videos)

- Create graphics for YouTube thumbnails

- Think of titles for YouTube and short-form clips

- Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)

- Design carousel posts for Instagram and LinkedIn


TOOLS WE USE

- CapCut (video editing)

- Canva (graphics and layout)

- Descript (clip review and selection)

- Google Chat (team communication)

- ---------- (video review)


MUST-HAVES

- Strong portfolio with both short-form and long-form edits

- Experience with CapCut and Canva (Descript is a plus)

- Good storytelling, clip selection, and pacing skills

- Full-time availability, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Philippine time

- No other jobs or side hustles — this must be your main focus

- Good English skills (you will take a Duolingo English test after the probation period)

- Daily attendance and fast replies during work hours are non-negotiable


CAREER GROWTH & SALARY

- Editor: PHP 30,000 – 40,000 per month

- Lead Editor (onboarding/training): Up to PHP 50,000 per month

- Management role (quality control + team support): Up to PHP 60,000 per month

HIRING PROCESS

- We may ask you to do a short test project, or we may start with a quick call — the order can change.

- The reason for the test project is that a portfolio doesn’t always show us your real clip selection skills. We don’t know which parts of the raw footage you chose or what you were given. Picking the right ---------- nt is just as important as editing well.

- After the test project, we may schedule a call to meet each other and talk further.
