Responsible for drafting and sending lease offers to individual or corporate accounts
Responsible for scheduling, viewing, screening of prospective clients, which entails field work
Drafts and negotiates lease terms and agreements with clients
Maintains and manages customer relations, assisting them with their concerns
Facilitate during move-in and move-out of the client, and assist them with the guidelines and processes
Reminds tenant collection and due-dates
Conducts market study and research to understand how to present and market company units at competitive packages
