Appointment Setter (Remote) – HVAC Company

WHO WE ARE
We are a fast-growing HVAC lead-generation company that connects homeowners with trusted contractors across the United States. Our focus is simple: to deliver qualified appointments so our partners can concentrate on installations and service.

THE WORK
• Remain logged in during your scheduled shift and call every new lead within two minutes.
• Make outbound and answer inbound calls, messages, and emails to homeowners and potential leads.
• Introduce our HVAC services and follow the provided script.
• Qualify leads based on the provided criteria.
• Handle cost or rebate concerns, basic objections, and answer initial inquiries professionally.
• Schedule and confirm appointments in the company calendar.
• Confirm any appointments scheduled online and record every interaction in our CRM.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and booked appointments.
• Provide timely updates and maintain communication with the team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred, with clear and confident spoken English (experience in the HVAC industry is a plus but not required).
• Comfortable handling objections while maintaining professionalism.
• Proficiency in using Notion and GoHighLevel is a plus but not required; must be trainable and willing to learn.
• Self-motivated, organized, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must have a reliable internet connection, a computer, a noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace for this remote role.

Starting rate: 3 USD per hour
Incentive: 5 USD for every successful booked appointment
Potential: 5 or more bookings per day
Payout: Weekly, every Monday
