Virtaul Assistant - Book Campaign - Oct- December

Book Campaign VA (Oct–Dec Project | 15 hrs/week)

We are looking for a proactive Book Campaign Virtual Assistant to support the promotion of the book Why Knowing Isn’t Enough in Australia and the US. This is a short-term, part-time role running until December 2025. And could extend to other campaigns if successfull KPI's are met.

Responsibilities:
Contact bookstores in AU/US, log responses, and offer complimentary copies.
Research and compile local media contacts (radio, gift guides, newspapers).
Create Canva graphics and schedule social posts via ContentStudio/Buffer for socials
Post updates tagging bookstores and run the “Gift of Growth” campaign in December
Update email promotions using ZOHO .CRM
Provide weekly progress reports on outreach and campaign activity.
Daily Book Stats

Requirements:
Excellent written English.
Strong research and admin skills.
Confident with Canva and social scheduling tools.
Reliable, detail-focused, and proactive communicator.
Understand Markting


Hours: 15 hrs/week, spread over 5 days. $5.00 per hour
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys research, outreach, and bringing campaigns to life.
