Creative, Experienced Graphic Designer for Social Media Content

I have a boutique social media marketing agency called Burro Social Co. and we are growing fast.

I’m looking for a talented, reliable, and experienced Graphic Designer who loves creating eye-catching designs that stand out online. This is not an entry-level position. As much as I LOVE Canva, this is not a position for someone who only uses Canva templates!

This is a part-time, remote role with flexible hours. You’ll be designing graphics across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube—supporting a range of clients from music artists to lifestyle and wellness brands. Salary and hours are negotiable for the right fit!

Responsibilities:

- Create on-brand graphics for social media (posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, ads, etc.)
- Design marketing assets such as event flyers, posters, and email graphics
- Develop templates and design systems to streamline content creation
- Adapt designs across different platforms and specs
- Collaborate with me on creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas

Must-Have Skills + Experience:

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar advanced design platforms
- Strong portfolio of social media and marketing design work
- Excellent English language communication skills (for design notes, captions, and copy alignment)
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and color
- Ability to adapt design style to match a brand’s visual identity
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and reliable

Availability:

We work flexibly, but I do ask for a couple of hours of overlap with Pacific Time (typically 4–6 PM PST / 7–9 AM PH time) for weekly check-ins and occasional real-time communication.

Also, due to the nature of social media, quick design turnarounds (within 24 hours) will sometimes be necessary to keep up with trends and client content calendars.
