Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing business serving U.S.-based clients in the tax, software, and virtual assistant industries. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Lead to take ownership of our marketing operations. This role is not just about completing tasks—it’s about running the marketing department, driving results, and making decisions that move the company forward.
Role Summary:
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing activities. You will have the autonomy to design campaigns, build workflows, and leverage AI tools to generate leads, nurture prospects, and grow brand visibility. This role requires a self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions but takes initiative to create and run effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns
• Build and optimize funnels and automated workflows (GoHighLevel/CRM)
• Manage
• Direct message (DM) and reach out to prospects on social platforms to generate leads
• Create, train, and deploy chatbots and AI automations to improve engagement
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
• Report weekly results and insights directly to leadership
• Act as the head of the marketing department—own projects from start to finish
Qualifications:
• Proven experience running digital marketing campaigns (show past results)
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably GoHighLevel or similar)
• Familiar with building and managing funnels, workflows, and automations
• Comfortable using AI tools for marketing and client engagement
• Excellent written English skills (for
• Highly proactive and independent—able to operate with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
Work Schedule:
• 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, Monday–Friday)
• Hours should overlap with 10 AM – 3 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time)
