-THE ROLE-

Our ideal candidate will begin by supporting our Online Arbitrage (OA) operations through daily product sourcing, clear communication with our team, and contributing to standard operating procedures (SOPs). As the candidate demonstrates strong performance, there will be opportunities to take on additional administrative responsibilities, such as managing shipment issues and handling reimbursements. We value growth and aim to promote from within, so motivated tea ---------- mbers can look forward to expanding their role over time. All selected applicants will first undergo a paid, one-week trial period before being considered for a full-time position.

Candidates must source original leads exclusively for our business—using shared lists or recycled leads will result in immediate termination. Performance will also be monitored closely through key performance indicators (KPIs); those who consistently fail to meet expectations will not remain in the role.

-JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

-Identify and provide 8–10 qualified, in-stock online arbitrage leads per day that meet company sourcing criteria
-Communicate effectively with managers and tea ---------- mbers to align on sourcing goals and feedback
-Consistently meet daily/weekly KPIs while adhering to company standards and deadlines
-Build, create, and maintain SOPs

-REQUIREMENTS-

-Keepa experience
-Seller Amp (SAS) experience
-Online Arbitrage experience
-Familiar with manual, reverse/storefront stalking, Keepa product finder
-Understanding ROI, margin and sales rank
-Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
