WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- We're looking for someone who has great Sales experience and is looking for a main job, not a side hustle.

- We want you to grow with us and earn as much as you want. If you hit your weekly goals, you will earn more than USD $1,000 per month without a problem.

- You must have experience with using GoHighLevel, and it'll be a plus if you also know how to use Booking Koala.

- We provide training but you must also be a self-starter and someone who is an independent thinker, problem-solver, and focused on finding solutions.

WHO ARE WE?

We are a remote cleaning company with a team of cleaners, and processes, SOPs and KPIs in place. Clients send us messages and call us to book cleaning services. We assign our cleaners to service those clients, and follow-up with them before, during, and after each clean. We pride ourselves in being professional, having confidence when we speak to clients, and providing a high quality service.

WHAT ARE YOU EXPECTED TO DO?

Some of the things you'll do are: Receive client calls and book 8 out of every 10 calls (we do it, so you must also be able to), call right away every client that sends a message saying they want our service, be able to handle any client objections, book them with our services, and assign them a cleaner from our team. You will also contact cleaners before and after cleanings, call clients to check if they were satisfied with our work, and get them to leave a 5-star review. You will have SOPs and trackers that will tell you how to do things (giving you a script and a guide), and you will track all of the calls you make, receive, the quotes you give the clients, and if they book or not in a form. We've done it all so we know what you'll go through and are confident you will be able to do it as well. If you meet our bonus quotas, you will earn bonuses which will add to your pay.

WHAT WILL YOU EARN AND WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

You'll earn USD $1,000 per month by working 8 hours Monday to Friday, from 8am EST to 5pm EST (you receive a 1 hour break during this time). They will be paid as $500 for the first ~15 days, and $500 for the last ~15 days. If you'd like to earn more, you can work longer and hit your bonus quotas. We have great incentives! We like to incentivize great work and also provide surprise bonuses.

Training will be paid at the rate of USD $5 per hour. This is only in the first week. After that, you are expected to begin with supervision. At this point, you will start earning USD $500 every ~15 days. If you do not meet your performance goals in the first 2 weeks you begin with minimum supervision, we will part ways and end our contract. We may end the contract before you end the first 2 weeks if your performance does not meet our expectations. At that point you will be paid for the hours that you worked*. We will track your performance and the first month will be a probation period. A probation period just means that we will supervise your work and see if you are a good fit for our company, and if we are a good fit for you. Once you pass the probation period, you will have very little supervision.

*If we find that you are not working during your hours (because clients or we can't reach you during work hours) or have another job while you're supposed to only focus on your work with us during your hours, you will not be paid.

If you have any challenge that prohibits you from working any given day, please inform us and we will plan accordingly. If you do not inform us and do not show up to work, we will end our contract. We understand that natural disasters may occur and may not give you the possibility of informing us ahead of time. No worries - we will keep track of any weather events happening in your city to also be mindful of this.
