## About Us
Rocket Entertainment (events & entertainment) and Rocket Town Media (marketing & web development) are fast-growing companies based in the U.S. We manage hundreds of projects and events each year and are looking for a **Virtual Admin Assistant** to help take day-to-day busy work off our plate so we can focus on growth.
We’re looking for someone **detail-oriented, highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive**—someone who can handle repetitive tasks but also troubleshoot and suggest improvements when things need to run smoother.

## Responsibilities
You’ll be supporting both companies with a variety of recurring and random admin tasks, including but not limited to:
* **Data Entry & Admin Tasks**
* Enter, organize, and maintain
* Track weekly to-do lists and make sure recurring tasks are completed.
* Handle routine paperwork or digital forms.

* Monitor and flag important
* Reply to simple inquiries and follow up when we miss something.
* Summarize
* **Software & Automation Support**
* Fine-tune automations inside our tools (CRM, project management,
* Debug small issues (e.g., why a workflow didn’t fire).
* Make sure systems are running smoothly and consistently.
* **Quality Control**
* Proof and monitor websites, social media posts, and review sites to make sure things look right and links are working.
* Report errors or inconsistencies and propose quick fixes.
* **Research & Reporting**
* Conduct light research (vendors, competitors, tools, etc.).
* Compile and deliver simple reports for clients and internal use.
* **Light Graphics Work**
* Use Canva (or similar tools) to create or edit simple graphics for social posts, presentations, and reports.
* Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
* **Project & Task Support**
* Assist with weekly to-do lists (from small admin jobs to one-off projects).
* Flag delays, bottlenecks, or missed deadlines.
* Support managers by keeping track of progress on key items.

## Requirements
* Strong written English skills.
* Excellent attention to detail (must notice errors and inconsistencies).
* Comfortable learning new software platforms and CRMs.
* Experience with admin support, VA work, or project management.
* Tech-savvy: able to troubleshoot minor issues and Google solutions if stuck.
* Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. hours overlap (at least 3–4 hours daily).

## Preferred (Not Required)
* Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Google Workspace, ClickUp/Asana/Trello, HoneyBook, or Airtable.
* Experience proofreading or handling quality control tasks.
* Background in handling automations (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a plus.
* Experience creating basic reports or summaries for clients.
* Canva or other design platform experience for light graphics work.
