MISSION (why this role exists)
-Own trade partner coverage so TriArc receives at least three qualified, apples-to-apples bids for every trade package on every pursuit and project—improving pricing confidence, schedule reliability, and award speed while living our five core values.
Outcomes (what success looks like)
-Coverage: 95% of trade packages receive 3+ qualified bids (stretch: 4+).
-On-time bids: 90% of bids received by the deadline.
-Quality: 100% of bids aligned to standardized scope sheets; 5% post-award scope gaps.
-Prequal health: 90% of active bidders current on COI, W-9, safety EMR, bonding, capacity.
-Speed: ITB-to-bid cycle 10 business days (typical interiors) / ?15 (ground-up).
-Diversity & reach: Maintain an active, rated bench of 8–12 qualified subs per key trade; track W/MBE participation where applicable.
-Partner experience: 8/10 trade partner satisfaction (post-bid quick pulse).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Market & bench building
-Build and continuously expand TriArc’s qualified trade partner database by trade, geography, capacity, and performance.
-Run ongoing prequalification (financials, safety, workload, bonding) in coordination with Accounting.
-Bid strategy & scheduling
-Publish the rolling Bid Calendar; align milestones with Estimators/PMs and owners/architects.
-Break down drawings/specs into clear trade packages; assign scope sheets and alternates.
-ITB execution
-Prepare Invitation to Bid packages (drawings, specs, addenda, bid forms, alternates, due dates, delivery method).
-Post to BuildingConnected; segment targeted lists; personalize top-tier outreach.
-Relentless follow-up
-3-touch cadence (Day 1
-Track interest/no-bid reasons; backfill gaps early; escalate risk areas to Estimating.
-Bid intake & leveling
-Receive bids, confirm inclusions/exclusions, and level against scope sheets; flag outliers and VE options.
-Package a clean Bid Leveling Matrix for Estimators/PMs with award recommendation.
-Data & feedback loops
-Score and rate trade partner performance post-award (price accuracy, quality, safety, schedule).
-Run post-bid debriefs; capture lessons learned to refine future ITBs.
-Brand & relationship
-Be TriArc’s front door for subs: fast answers, fair process, respectful communication, and values-based partnership.
REQUIRED TRAITS AND SKILLS:
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Hunter mentality: proactive, persistent, upbeat on the phone; comfortable making 30–50 quality contacts/day in peak cycles.
-Construction fluency: understands typical scopes (CSI divisions), alternates, addenda, and gaps that derail bids.
-Process discipline: lives in checklists, documents everything.
-Communication: crisp writing, professional phone presence, tact with hard-bid deadlines.
-Values fit: Do what you say • Do the right thing • Gumption • Stick-to-itiveness • Passion/Enthusiasm.
Nice-to-Have
-Customer Service / Appointment Setting experience
-GC pre-con/bid desk experience or supplier/manufacturer rep background.
-Existing DFW sub network across interiors, ground-up flex/industrial, retail shells.

Sample Weekly Cadence
-Mon: Publish bid calendar; align with Estimators; identify coverage risks.
-Tue–Thu: ITB sends, follow-ups, phone blocks, addendum broadcasts, pre-deadline confirmations.
-Fri: Deliver leveled bid matrices; update KPIs; partner thank-you touchpoints.
Technical Requirements:
-Computer: Intel i5 processor or equivalent with at least 8GB RAM
-Internet: Minimum 50 MBPS download speed

Job Details:
-Job Type: Full-time
-Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM CDT (9:30 PM – 5:30 AM PHT)
-Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 65,000 monthly, depending on experience.
