Virtual Assistant for Wellness Brand ( Influencer + Manufacturer research )

We are launching Glow³, a luxury collagen coffee brand, and looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to help with influencer research, manufacturer outreach, and content organization.


Tasks include:

Research and compile lists of Instagram/TikTok influencers (5K–20K followers, high engagement) in coffee, wellness, and lifestyle niches.
Track influencer details (name, email, followers, engagement, rates) in Google Sheets.
Research manufacturers on Alibaba and similar platforms (collagen, coffee pods, packaging).
Collect supplier details (MOQ, pricing, lead times, shipping).
Draft and send outreach emails (templates will be provided).
Organize content ideas, captions, and basic Canva templates.


Requirements:

Excellent written English.
Strong research and organization skills.
Familiarity with Instagram/TikTok.
Comfortable using Canva + Google Sheets.
Reliable internet + responsive communication.
