Location: Remote (Philippines only)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (U.S. business hours)

M WORK LLC is a growing U.S.-based collision repair company committed to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dependable and experienced Auto Collision Estimator to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities

* Write accurate and complete repair estimates using **CCC ONE** (based on photos and documentation)
* Communicate with insurance companies via phone and email to obtain approvals
* Track and update the status of assigned repair orders (ROs) and provide timely updates to customers
* Handle inbound calls from customers, insurance companies, and rental partners
* Submit and manage supplements; follow up on approvals and payments
* Track and verify received payments, especially supplement balances
* Match and lock approved estimates and parts to release vehicles to production
* Ensure estimates comply with insurance guidelines while meeting profitability targets
* Collaborate with onsite teams via Slack and email
* Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned during the workday

Qualifications

* Proven experience as an Auto Collision Estimator
* CCC ONE experience is required
* Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Solid understanding of collision repair procedures and insurance processes
* Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work U.S. EST hours
