TikTok Agency Support Agent

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual based in the Philippines to join our team as a TikTok Agency Support Agent. This role will focus on recruiting creators, providing administrative support, and assisting with day-to-day operations within the TikTok creator ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Outreach

Identify, contact, and onboard potential TikTok creators to join the agency.

Maintain communication with creators, answering questions and providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.

Support in building and maintaining a database of talent.

Creator Support

Assist creators with onboarding and setup on TikTok.

Provide ongoing support for creator queries, ensuring smooth communication between the agency and talent.

General Administration

Handle day-to-day admin tasks including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records.

Support in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and updates for the management team.

Assist with coordination of projects, campaigns, and online meetings.

Business Support

Liaise with internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth agency operations.

Monitor TikTok trends and report insights to the team.

Perform ad-hoc tasks to support business needs.
